  • Government Approvals
    In order to purchase property in Australia, foreign investors must first obtain approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB). The application process takes approximately 30 days. For more information see: www.firb.gov.au

    Property Conveyancing
    Legal assistance is necessary to attend to property searches and transfer of ownership to your name. This is handled locally by our recommended conveyancer.

    Finance & Taxation
    Saltbreeze Homes is aligned to a company of specialist investment consultants with a vast international network able to provide advice and assistance regarding Australian taxation regulations and all matters relating to bank accounts and finance. With links to over 40 banks and lending institutions, a finance package can be tailored to your exact requirements.     We offer an array of standard architect designed homes and can also create a custom design to suit individual taste and requirements. Colour selection can be achieved via our website which features a range of contemporary schemes.

    Property Management
    After project completion we can assist with renting out your property and ensuring the placement of good tenants into your home. Full credit checks are carried out on prospective tenants and a report is submitted to you following each quarterly inspection.
